Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Date and Time:
    1. Outwest Sleepers will try their best to deliver the Goods on the agreed delivery date.
    2. Outwest Sleepers is not liable for any delays in delivery.
  2. Responsibility for Checking Delivery:
    1. Buyer must check the delivered Goods upon receipt.
    2. Any discrepancy in quantity must be reported to Outwest Sleepers immediately upon delivery.
    3. Failure to report discrepancies within 12 hours constitutes acceptance of delivered quantity.
  3. Delivery Costs:
    1. Buyer is responsible for all delivery costs associated with the Goods.
  4. Buyer’s Collection:
    1. If Buyer chooses to collect Goods, they’re responsible for safe and lawful transportation.
    2. Buyer must ensure vehicles and equipment meet safety standards and weight capacities.
    3. Outwest Sleepers may refuse collection if necessary information is not provided.
  5. Defects:
    1. Buyer must inspect Goods for defects upon delivery.
    2. Any defects must be reported to Outwest Sleepers in writing within 3 days of delivery.
    3. Buyer must preserve defective Goods and allow Outwest Sleepers access for inspection.
  6. Risk and Title:
    1. Risk in Goods passes to Buyer upon delivery.
    2. Title in Goods doesn’t pass until full payment is made.
